This month’s Africa Cup of Nations features players from professional leagues across the world. Some of the best and most famous ply their trade in England’s Premier League.

The names will be instantly familiar, both to Premier League fans and supporters of the England national team.

Last season, Ivorian midfielder Yaya Toure helped lead Manchester City to the English title. This January he’s trying to lead favorites Ivory Coast to the African title along with fellow Premier League players Gervinho (Arsenal) and Cheick Tiote (Newcastle United).

The Elephants also feature Didier Drogba, who led Chelsea to the Champions League crown last spring before leaving for China.

Elsewhere, English fans can keep an eye on Chelsea’s Victor Moses, who recently made the switch from England’s youth system to the senior squad of his native Nigeria. Finally, Tottenham Hotspur forward Emmanuel Adebayor figures to be as unpredictable yet talented as ever with Togo.
