Senators Reassign Goaltender Robin Lehner to Binghamton (AHL)

The Ottawa Senators announced today they have reassigned goaltender Robin Lehner to the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. Lehner, 21, served as Craig Anderson’s back-up in each of Ottawa’s first two games this season. In 21 AHL contests in 2012-13, he has already established a new professional career high with 14 wins and currently ranks second among AHL goaltenders in save percentage (0.945%) and is third in goals-against-average (1.90).
