Carl Edwards heads to Texas and the 1.5-mile oval in Fort Worth as the points leader in the Nationwide series.

He will have plenty of his Sprint Cup buddies beside him when the green flag waves on Saturday.

Twelve drivers are "double dipping" this weekend and will run both the Sprint Cup race and the Nationwide Series. Tony Stewart, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Matt Kenseth are just a few of the well known drivers included. Earnhardt and Kenseth are former winners of this race.

Kyle Busch is the defending champion. His victory last year was the first of 10 victories on the season in the series and was run at a race record 151 MPH average.

Jeff Burton and Clint Bowyer rounded out the top three, and as you can see it is always a tough field.

Busch loves to make history with multiple victories in one weekend. If he can make the double this weekend, it would be the first ever at Texas Motor Speedway. My guess is Kenseth or Edwards gets in the way here on Saturday.
