Along with trading for QB Jay Cutler, the Bears doubled down and signed former St. Louis Rams tackle Orlando Pace, a 13 year veteran, seven time pro bowler to shore up the offensive line.

Pace is a favorite of Bears coach Lovie Smith, and will stabilize an offensive line that lost John Tait and John St. Clair this offseason. Pace will not only provide on field play, but will give the team more veteran leadership.
