Indiana and Butler are about as close in the college basketball polls as they were in their Dec. 15 game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The Bulldogs climbed into the Top 10 of the Associated Press (media) and USA Today (coaches) polls at No. 9 on Monday.

The Hoosiers, who were No. 1 when they lost to Butler 88-86 in overtime, fell to No. 7 and 8, respectively. They were No. 2 before last week’s 64-59 home loss to Wisconsin. Indiana and Butler are both 16-2.
