Unless you've been living in a time capsule for the last few months, you're well aware that the NBA's newest super team, the L.A. Lakers, are struggling mightily.
It's Kobe Bryant vs. Jimmy Butler and Dwight Howard vs. Joakim Noah. Those are two matchups I can't wait to see.
Live updates will follow after the break when the game starts.

A 20-8 run to end the game for the Bulls?
Yep, that is all you need to know about the Bull's 95 to 81 blowout of the Lakers. Oh, and that Kirk Hinrich led the way with 22 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds. He shot a ridiculous 81.8 percent from the field.
While the Lakers tied this one up at 69 as the third quarter came to an end, it never really felt close because of how well the Bulls were playing on both sides of the ball.
Jimmy Butler's lock-down defense on Kobe Bryant, holding him to just 16 points on 7-of-22 shooting, was a real difference maker.
The Lakers, with Pau Gasol coming off the bench, never looked in sync. The one time they gained the lead, the Bulls responded by rattling off bucket after bucket on their way to a strong 20-8 run to end the game.
It's very possible that the Bulls are the NBA's deepest team. Just imagine what this one could've looked like if they had Luol Deng and Derrick Rose.
The Lakers on the other hand are the NBA's biggest underachievers. They just can't figure things out, and that's not good as we move toward the halfway point of the season.
Next up for the Lake Show is a Western Conference showdown with the Memphis Grizzlies.
There it is.
Bulls 95, Lakers 83—end of regulation
You've got to wonder what Dwight Howard was saying to Carlos Boozer at the end of that one—maybe something like: "Shoot man, you don't know how terrible it is playing with Kobe."
Not sure if benching the entire Lakers team is an option for D'Antoni, but maybe they should look into it...

Yikes, not sure why the Lakers are doubling down on Joakim Noah and leaving Marco Belinelli wide open on the perimter.
That's bad defense by the Lake Show.

Jimmy Butler with a Kobe-esque fadeaway to save the Bulls in that possession.

Isn't Nash supposed to be the king of the pick-and-roll?
Why cant he defense Kirk Hinrich in it then?

Nash's D making Hinrich look like The White Rose

Offensive foul on Dwight Howard, which his 5th on the night. Early exit for D12?
Earl Clark comes in for Howard, in all honesty, that works out relatively well for the Lakers.

Are the Bulls the deepest team in the NBA?

Is Chris Duhon aware that no matter how far behind the three-point line you are it's still only worth three points?
He just launched one from 30 feet back. Oh Chris Duhon.

Nate Robinson makes sure the Lakers don't get fooled into thinking that they can actually hang with the Bulls with a mid-range jumper to start the 4th quarter.
