NBA legend Bill Russell was in the nation's capital for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration on Monday.
But for a brief moment, George Stephanopoulos of ABC News thought Russell, who President Barack Obama awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom back in 2011, was somebody else.
