Henrik Lundqvist finished the Rangers’ home opener in the same position as every fan at the Garden: sitting down. John Tortorella pulled his franchise player from the Blueshirts’ net midway through the second period Sunday night, with the Penguins up three goals and on their way to a 6-3 trouncing of the boys in blue. The game was not even as close as the final score indicated.
