What Are the New England Patriots' Needs in the 2013 NFL Draft?

Aaron Nagler@Aaron_NaglerNFL National Lead WriterJanuary 21, 2013

Every year New England don't win the Super Bowl, someone asks, "Is this the end of the Patriots' dynasty?"

Hyperbole aside, the Patriots infused a defense that was suspect in 2011 with a bunch of talent through the draft, and the results were promising in 2012. While Bill Belichick and company won't need to go "all-in" on one side of the ball this year, they will need to continue to add to their impressive arsenal of talent.

As the saying goes, you're getting better or you're getting worse. Lucky for Patriots fans, the Pats are usually on the "getting better" side of the ledger.

Matt Miller and I rounded up a bunch of football fans, gave them hats and B/R swag, then headed over to Highland Park here in New York City and tried to figure out where the Patriots have the most pressing needs heading into the 2013 NFL draft.

Let us know in the comments below where you agree or disagree with our assessments and what other needs we might have missed.
