Riggs-Baroni: The Battle Of The Human Punching Bags

HAIKOU, CHINA - JUNE 14: (CHINA OUT; PHOTOCOME OUT) An inmate hits a punching bag in a catharsis room at Haikou Prison June 14, 2005 in Haikou, Hainan Province, China. A mental health consulting center was opened June 14 at the prison to provide psychological care for inmates. According to state media, China has carried out prison reform in big cities like Shanghai, Chongqing and Wuhan, with measures to better protect the rights and interests of prison inmates. Educational programs, vocational training, psychotherapy and community correctional methods have been adopted in these prisons. Joe Riggs and Phil Baroni are set to face each other in June. I do not know the exact date, because I really don't care.

I would actually love to see either of them get their asses handed to them, but I do not think that their opponent in this case is capable of doing so.

They were both hyped to be some great force to be reckoned with, but they are just jokes.  Maybe they can set their next fights against Kimbo Slice to finally see who is the bigger disgrace to MMA.

This fight was reported on Yahoo.com as if it were some sort of super fight. I really hope this isn't the draw that they are making it out to be.

A little tip for Strikeforce, if EliteXC couldn't survive feeding garbage to fans in the form of a main event, then maybe you should start lining up at the unemployment office now.
