Every spring, before the outfield ivy changes colors and the boys of summer return to the hallowed grounds of Wrigley Field, the Chicago Cubs' roster must first undergo a facelift. The latest iteration the Northsiders will be running out there may be full of names the casual fan is unfamiliar with, but the only question that really matters is whether or not the Cubs will be better than their 101-loss campaign of 2012.
