Darren Oliver’s somewhat unexpected return to the Toronto Blue Jays has tightened the squeeze on several of his bullpen mates. The 42-year-old left-hander is one of four relievers who are “locks” to make the opening-day roster, general manager Alex Anthopoulos says. The others: Casey Janssen, Sergio Santos and newcomer Esmil Rogers.
