New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael is expected to turn down requests to interview for the same job with both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Philadelphia Eagles, according to a league source. Although Carmichael is a free agent right now, his intention is to work out a deal to stay in New Orleans, where he has had an excellent working relationship with Sean Payton since the two arrived together in 2006.
