According to unnamed sources, authorities plan to charge Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth with DUI manslaughter in the death of 59-year-old Mario Reyes.

Reyes was crossing the busy MacArthur Causeway when the luxury Bentley driven by Stallworth struck him.

The charge carries a possible 15-year prison sentence.

According to the source, Stallworth's blood alcohol level was at .12—which is well above Florida's legal limit of .08.

Stallworth is expected to surrender in court Thursday.
