LeBron James may be stealing the headlines, but Udonis Haslem may have secured the "Play of the Game" with a monster putback slam.

With just under 4:30 remaining in the first quarter, LeBron missed a contested two in transition. With David Lee and Dwyane Wade directly in front of him, Haslem rose up and stretched out for an improbable play.

The former Florida Gator made the improbable happen. A phenomenal finish on a legendary evening.

Before Twitter could overload with LeBron James praise, Haslem earned some respect for his ferocious feat, even if his time to shine only lasted a matter of minutes.

Even still, his athletic efforts have not gone unnoticed.

Haven't seen Udonis Haslem get up like that in a LONG time. On a night Wade is struggling some with lift.

Let the 32-year-old shine.

Other takes on Haslem's dunk took a more comical route. Not only about his age and surprising hops, but also the shoes he wears to reach such heights.

Cornerback Brent Grimes of the Atlanta Falcons offered his two cents.

I'm surprised Udonis Haslem could jump that high with those Converse work boots he wears

LeBron is going to be the name you see in the headlines. In terms of athletic plays, however, Haslem stole the show.

You know, when you forget about those 20,000 points and 5,000 assists milestones.
