One of the strengths of new Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman is his ability to connect with quarterbacks.

Rich Gannon, who played for Trestman with the Raiders and now is a commentator for NFL Network, knows that first hand. Gannon had a career year playing under Trestman in 2002.
