South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier and offensive line coach Eric Wolford are not happy with their offensive line's performance and the unit got to know about it on Tuesday. The players from the o-line were forced to stay and put in some extra running after practice to make the point that "loafing," Spurrier slang for lack of effort will not be tolerated.
In last Friday's practice 65 offensive plays were ran and Wolford says he counted 25 loafs. The penalty was the extra bit of attention on Tuesday. Wolford said, “I shouldn’t have to coach effort. That was the first time it really showed its head a little bit, and hopefully we learned our lesson from that.”
