Nashville Predators Begin with Big Road Trip

The Predators’ first road trip of the season isn’t exactly a make-or-break in their 48-game schedule, but the 15-day, seven-game slate very well could affect their path to the playoffs.
The trip — which starts Jan. 22 at Minnesota, takes them through the Midwest to the West Coast and then back to St. Louis — makes up nearly one-third of their road games for the season. Overall, eight of Nashville’s first 11 games are on the road.
