Ramsey is a prototypical pocket passer with plenty of upside. He's rated as a 4-star prospect by 247 Sports, which ranks him as the No. 97 recruit in the class of 2013. The scouting service also grades him as the ninth-best prospect in Georgia.

The Camden County High School star has already illustrated a terrific understanding of the position. A lot of times, players arrive as freshman with great natural ability, but very raw development in terms of reading and dissecting defenses.
