And then there were two in the AFC...
The Baltimore Ravens survived an epic double-overtime thriller against Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Now, they take on Tom Brady and the New England Patriots for the right to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. Again.
That's right, Ravens vs. Patriots is the first repeat of an AFC Championship Game since the Denver Broncos faced the Cleveland Browns in 1986 and 1987.
For the Patriots, the only real issue coming out of their beatdown of the Texans is the reported loss of Rob Gronkowski for the remainder of the postseason. Of course, Tom Brady and the Pats offense have pretty much hummed along without him the second half of the season.
On the other sideline, the Ravens continue their emotional journey trying to get their veteran leader, Ray Lewis, back on the Super Bowl stage one last time.
