Richard Sherman is used to getting his way against NFL wide receivers, but Roddy White shut him up for at least a minute on Sunday.

White beat Sherman deep on a 47-yard touchdown, going right up the middle of the field on a streak play. Sherman fell to the ground as White caught the ball, and he was at least a step or two behind him when it happened.

Sherman is a well-known trash talker, and White didn't hesitate to get his revenge by talking some smack of his own after the play, getting in Sherman's face for a few tense moments.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says what we're all thinking:

Love him or hate him, Sherman actually responded well, not giving in to the temptation to fight back. He took his medicine with class, clapping at White's antics.

We'll see if he tones down his celebrations in the future after getting abused on this play.

Yeah, right.
