Reds Jeff Keppinger Traded To Houston Astros

Nathan DunnoCorrespondent IMarch 31, 2009

The Cincinnati Reds have traded infielder Jeff Keppinger to the Houston Astros for a player to be named later.

Houston will have Keppinger in the mix for the third base position. This now reduces the Reds roster to 32 with opening day on Monday.

I will have more information on this deal when it is released.
