Randy Orton has done practically everything in this business. He is the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE History. He is the Legend Killer. He has defeated The Undertaker and cost Stone Cold Steve Austin his job.
But there is one thing he hasn't done: Defeated Triple H at Wrestlemania.
Despite the fact that he defeated Triple H to win his second WWE Championship, Orton has not been able to shake the spotlight that holds over his Evolution leader. It started when Orton won the World Heavyweight Championship from Chris Benoit (yeah, I said it!). Triple H, then sent him out of Evolution and later won the gold from him at Unforgiven.
Since then, Orton has wanted to not only defeat Triple H, but he wants to take him down...permanently.
One week before the Royal Rumble, Orton punted Vince McMahon in the head. The following Sunday, Orton won the Royal Rumble Match. The following night on RAW, he surrounded himself with an army of lawyers and doctors to protect his chances of going to Wrestlemania.
He then focused his attention on Shane McMahon. After dispatching of him in an unsanctioned match, he took things way too far by delivering a RKO to Stephanie McMahon. This prompted the arrival of WWE Champion Triple H.
Since this incident, The Game has been a man possessed. From showing up on RAW to extract some revenge to decimating members of The "Ortonrage" known as The Legacy. After taking down Stephanie a second time, Orton was primed to bask in his glory before WrestleMania 25. But what happened next was simply shocking!
As Orton called out Triple H, a familiar individual returned to RAW. Flanked by Triple H and Shane McMahon, Vince McMahon returned to get some revenge on the men responsible for putting him on the shelf.
There are several matches on the card, but nothing more personal than this.
Will The Age of Orton return at Wrestlemania? Will Triple H get every ounce of revenge that he is lusting for on behalf of his wife Stephanie McMahon?
