Penn State's 2013 recruiting class stands at 18 members, though five have enrolled early and don't count toward the 2013 scholarship limit. "Run-on" quarterback D.J. Crook has also enrolled, beefing up the competition with sophomore Steven Bench and JUCO transfer Tyler Ferguson.

The five early enrollees count against Penn State's 2012 class, which is important to note with NCAA sanctions limiting coach Bill O'Brien to 15 scholarships.
