Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers have taken Hollywood away from the Los Angeles Lakers. So naturally, their next order of business was to take over ABC's late-night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Griffin and Paul appeared on the show and touched upon everything—and when I say "everything," I mean everything.
From team photo bombs to their 17-game winning streak to owner Donald Sterling's rendition of "Hip, Hip, Hooray!" the dynamic duo talked about it all.
One of the most entertaining moments came when Kimmel asked the duo if games against the Lakers hold any special meaning (1:24 mark).
Griffin promptly looked toward Paul to guide him to an answer, not unlike the way he expects the point guard to guide him toward the rim during games.
"It's just another game on our schedule," Griffin concluded at Paul's behest.
Almost needless to say, Kimmel—and everyone else in the studio audience—didn't believe him.
What was also unbelievable was Paul's affirmation (4:41 mark) that Griffin is, in fact, his son's favorite player.
When asked if Blake was young Chris' favorite player, Paul responded, "Unfortunately. Not me. I mean, I'm his dad. You'd think it might be me. But he absolutely loves Blake."
Cue the clip of Paul's son making the "Blake Face" during a postgame press conference.
After Griffin proudly described his close relationship (complete with secret handshake) with Paul's son, the point man readily admitted he will be seeking therapy to cure his deep-seated jealously.
But that was just a smidgen of all the humor this video has to offer.
So sit back, put your feet up and get your "Blake Face" on.
Because this is Donald-Sterling-leads-the-Clippers-in-a-chorus-of-hip-hip-hooray hysterical.
