Due to the extended length of the off season let’s do a quick review of the Blackhawks roster movement since the Hawks exit from the playoffs by the hands of the Coyotes. Free agency which wasn’t suppose to be where the Hawks made a big splash ended up exactly as the script read. The Hawks signed two defense-man during the free agency period even though most fans were hoping Stan Bowman was holding his card tightly before making a big splash.
