AUSTIN, TX - SEPTEMBER 20: Brian Orakpo #98 of the Texas Longhorns celebrates a play during the game against the Rice Owls on September 20, 2008 at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, Texas. Texas won 52-10. (Photo by Brian Bahr/Getty Image

Here is who I think will be drafted in the first round from picks 11 to 20. The player I suspect will be drafted along with what I think that teams record I think will be in 2009 are on each slide.

11. Buffalo Bills
12. Denver Broncos
13. Washington Redskins
14. New Orleans Saints
15. Houston Texans
16. San Diego Chargers
17. New York Jets
18. Chicago Bears
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
20. Detroit Lions (from Dallas)

11th Overall Pick- The Buffalo Bills select DE Brian Orakpo, Texas

The Bills were highly inconsistent on offense in 2008, but there's not really a player available on that side of the ball that fits them at this point unless they want to reach for tight end Brandon Pettigrew out of Oklahoma State.

Offensive line and pass rush are other areas that could use improvement, so they could turn to Orakpo here. Personally, I think Orakpo is overrated and will be picked before he should be. He can be a spectacular player at times, but he also has stretches where he disappears.

2009 Record: 7-9

12th Overall Pick- The Denver Broncos select DE Tyson Jackson, LSU

NEW ORLEANS - JANUARY 07: Tyson Jackson #93 of the Louisiana State University Tigers celebrates during the AllState BCS National Championship against the Ohio State Buckeyes on January 7, 2008 at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. (Photo

The Broncos must do something to stiffen a league-worst run defense and they could start with an all-around defensive end like Jackson, who would be a perfect fit on the left side.

2009 Record: 7-9

13th Overall Pick- The Washington Redskins select LT Andre Smith, Alabama

SHREVEPORT, LA - DECEMBER 28: Andre Smith #71 of Alabama makes a touchdown against Oklahoma State on December 28, 2006 during the PetroSun Independence Bowl at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, Louisiana. Oklahoma State defeated Alabama 34-31. (Photo

Smith, a possible No. 1 pick a few months ago, has lost millions of dollars. His terrible performance when he was actually present at the combine cost him the No. 1 pick, and him leaving it dropped him out of the Top 10.

The Redskins will get a franchise left tackle out of him if they keep him motivated, fit, and out of trouble. Playing in the toughest division in football (NFC East), the Redskins need to protect QB Jason Cambell.

2009 Record: 10-6

14th Overall Pick- The New Orleans Saints select LB Brian Cushing, USC

LOS ANGELES - NOVEMBER 1: Brian Cushing #10 of the USC Trojans looks on against the Washington Huskies on November 1, 2008 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. USC won 56-0. (Photo by Jeff Golden/Getty Images)

The Saints drafted a player here. Cushing was often shadowed by Rey Maualuga at USC, but the Trojans needed Cushing just as much as Rey. Cushing is fast and can drop back in coverage. He can also get past the tackle and get to the QB if blitzing.

2009 Record: 10-6

15th Overall Pick- The Houston Texans select CB Vontae Davis, Illinois

The Texans need a corner opposite Dunta Robinson, and they got him in Vontae Davis. Davis held Jeremy Maclin under 100 yards. Davis can also move to safety which is also a pressing need in the Texans' secondary.

2009 Record: 9-7

16th Overall Pick- The San Diego Chargers select OT Michael Oher, Mississippi

The right side of the Chargers line struggled in 2008, and an upgrade at right tackle is important.

Oher has the size and strength to be a very good NFL tackle, but he must improve his footwork, otherwise he will struggle against speedy edge rushers at the next level.

2009 Record: 9-7

17th Overall Pick- The New York Jets select RB Chris "Beanie" Wells, Ohio State

MADISON, WI - OCTOBER 04: Chris Wells #28 of the Ohio State Buckeyes celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Wisconsin Badgers at Camp Randall Stadium October 4, 2008 in Madison, Wisconsin. (Photo by Matthew Stockman/Getty Images)

The combination of Thomas Jones and Leon Washington was effective in 2008, but Jones will be 31 this year and Wells would be a bargain this late in the first round. Jones obviously still has something left in the tank, but at his age it might be wise to bring in his successor because Washington isn't an every-down player.

2009 Record: 7-9

18th Overall Pick- The Chicago Bears select QB Josh Freeman, Kansas State

COLUMBIA, MO - NOVEMBER 08: Quarterback Josh Freeman #1 of the Kansas State Wildcats in action during the game against the Missouri Tigers on November 8, 2008 at Memorial Stadium in Columbia, Missouri. (Photo by Jamie Squire/Getty Images)

The Chicago Bear faithful have waited for this a long time, the Bears have a franchise QB. In Freeman, they have a JaMarcus Russell look-a-like. Freeman is 6'6", 250 pounds, 15 percent body fat.

He can throw a ball 70 yards and can run fly like a semi. The Bears have a player in this guy.

2009 Record: 9-7

19th Overall Pick- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select CB Malcolm Jenkins, Ohio State

COLUMBUS, OH - SEPTEMBER 06: Malcolm Jenkins #2 of the Ohio State Buckeyes looks down the field during the game against the Ohio Bobcats at Ohio Stadium on September 6, 2008 in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images)

The Buccaneers were so close, they were one pick away from Freeman. A youth movement seems to be underway in Tampa, and they could see Jenkins, who was once considered a lock to be selected in the top ten, slide down to them at No. 19 after running a slow 40 at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Jenkins would be a great fit as a corner in the Tampa-Two defense or perhaps at the free safety position.

2009 Record: 10-6

20th Overall Pick- The Detroit Lions (from Cowboys) select OLB/DE Aaron Maybin, Penn State

STATE COLLEGE, PA - NOVEMBER 22: Aaron Maybin #59 of the Penn State Nittany Lions reacts after clinching the Big Ten title and clinching a bid to the Rose Bowl after the game against the Michigan State Spartans on November 22, 2008 at Beaver Stadium in St

The Lions need a lot of help on both sides of the ball and they addressed one on offense with their first pick at offensive tackle. So it makes sense that they would look to give their defense a little help as well.

Maybin is inexperienced and raw (and yes, he had a poor showing at the combine), but he has the potential to develop into an impact player as he matures and adds size and strength.

2009 Record: 4-12
