Even without a head coach, the Eagles continue to make minor roster moves -- a common practice this time of year, as teams can offer futures contracts. (Basically, sign a player to spend the offseason with the team, and they'll compete for a job in training camp and the preseason.) The two players the Eagles signed Tuesday are wide receivers Nick Miller and DeMarco Sampson.
