It has become increasingly likely that 19-year veteran Darren Oliver has played his last game for the Blue Jays, a scenario that would leave Toronto without its top left-handed late-inning relief option.

Fellow southpaw Brett Cecil, who will be entering Spring Training as a reliever for the first time in his career, is one player who figures to benefit if Oliver is out of the mix.
