Milan chief Silvio Berlusconi says he would never sanction the signing of Mario Balotelli, while he hinted at a summer exit for boss Massimiliano Allegri.
Italy and Manchester City ace Balotelli is constantly being linked with a future with the Diavolo, but Berlusconi is adamant that the enigma will not arrive at San Siro.
