Roger Clemens to Return to Astros in 'Active Role'

By the sounds of it, Roger Clemens will not be pitching for the Astros again. He will, however, be teaching pitching in some capacity for the Astros. Brian T. Smith of the Houston Chronicle quotes Astros GM Jeff Luhow as saying this about Clemens's anticipated return to the organization: "We've got the whole calendar mapped out, and we're going to sort of figure out what makes sense. But the idea is to plug him in in spring training, plug him in throughout the season, and just have him get a lot more involved with our pitchers."
