Jerry Jones has made it quite clear the Cowboys want Tony Romo to be the future quarterback despite just one playoff victory and a 1-6 record in win-or-go-home games.

However, the Cowboys can't get caught up without someone who can take over in the future. The Cowboys need to draft a quarterback in the next two years, not because the franchise believes Romo will struggle, but you want to develop a young quarterback for the future.
