What Are the Tennessee Titans' Needs in the 2013 NFL Draft?

Is Jake Locker the answer?

That's the overriding question as the Titans head into the offseason. Sure, they need help pretty much everywhere on defense (with the possible exception of the interior of the defensive line) and could use help along the line on offense.

But overall, this is a team that probably would have been better than 6-10 had it gotten better play at the quarterback position throughout the year. No, Matt Hasselbeck wasn't the answer, but he at least gave the Titans competent play at the game's most important position.

Matt Miller and I rounded up a bunch of football fans, gave them hats and B/R swag, then headed over to Highland Park here in New York City and tried to figure out where the Titans have the most pressing needs heading into the 2013 NFL draft.
