The Tennessee Titans beat up on the visiting Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17, winning by a score of 38-20.
Unbelievably, the Titans only scored one offensive touchdown—a Chris Johnson 2-yard run to get the scoring started in the first quarter and give the Titans a 7-0 lead.
From there, the Titans special teams and defense took over, scoring four touchdowns—two interceptions returned for touchdowns by linebacker Zach Brown and two punt returns for touchdowns by Darius Reynaud.
The Titans offense only generated 221 total yards, but that was enough to win the game.
Chad Henne got the Jaguars out to an early lead with two touchdown passes, but his three interceptions crippled his team's chances at winning the game.
Marcedes Lewis and Justin Blackmon both played well in defeat, combining to catch 13 passes for 181 yards and a touchdown. Jordan Shipley hauled in Henne's first touchdown pass of the game, and he finished with seven catches for 51 yards.
Both teams have long been eliminated from playoff contention, and both have a lot of work to do before next year to become competitive.
