One of the biggest topics throughout the year was the focus on two WWE Divas that solidified their place on the card through hard work and perfect execution of the situations they were placed in. I'm talking about AJ Lee and Eve Torres.

The first part of the year started with Eve becoming a main focus on WWE programming. She started out as the apparent love interest of Zack Ryder, intertwined in a feud that was taking place between John Cena and Kane

From there, she betrayed Ryder for John Cena. Shortly thereafter, her true colors were shown when she revealed to the world that she was just using John Cena to get to the top. This led to a new, fresh character for Eve.

She went from being a cute, lovable, dancing face to a heartless, hoe-ski in the matter of a week! What an amazing turn of events for her character. While still stringing along Zack Ryder, she achieved the biggest moment of her career by officially turning on Ryder at WrestleMania 28 and joining the side of John Laurinaitis.

She now holds a spot in Booker T's SmackDown general manager administration and is the current WWE Divas champion. She has been putting on solid performances in the ring while showing her heel character to the WWE Universe.

As Eve was becoming the biggest heel WWE Diva that the company has had in a while, AJ Lee was in the middle of a character turn herself.

At WrestleMania 28, Daniel Bryan claimed that AJ was the sole reason why he lost the World Heavyweight Championship in an 18-second debacle to Sheamus. This entire angle started a character turn for AJ that not many saw coming.

AJ became intertwined in a love triangle with Bryan and her seemingly new interest, CM Punk. While the storyline progressed, Kane became involved in the angle as well.

She was dubbed a "crazy chick" by CM Punk and it has been a trigger for her character to this day. While she later went on to be dumped by all three men, she became the Raw general manager and the love interest of John Cena. And now, she's currently involved with Dolph Ziggler.

The fact of the matter is this: Both of these WWE Divas have been a main focal point of WWE programming since WrestleMania 28.

While both women are on the heel side of the fence right now, I expect Dolph Ziggler to ultimately betray AJ Lee and put her into a tailspin of craziness before WrestleMania 29.

I also expect Eve to retain the WWE Divas Championship until WrestleMania 29.

The key about my Dolph Ziggler betrayal prediction is that he will betray AJ for Eve and create a new power couple atop WWE.

Remember, a key in all of this is that WrestleMania 29 is being held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. AJ Lee is from the northern part of New Jersey, very close to MetLife Stadium. The atmosphere for a huge WWE Divas Championship match between the two could provide a memory close to that of Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus at WrestleMania 22.

And let's face it, folks: AJ Lee is much more effective as a face than a heel. She looks the part and can gain the sympathy of the crowd.

Eve has solidified herself as the top woman wrestler in the world and will be crucial in getting this angle to work.

If this doesn't happen, I will be disappointed, to say the least. It is the most effective way to showcase these two Divas that have worked their butts off throughout all of 2012.

Whether you love them or hate them, there is no denying that this will be an intriguing and controversial angle heading into WrestleMania 29.

Keep it real.
