Everton boss David Moyes believes the prospect of Champions League football is vital to the club's chances of holding on to Marouane Fellaini and building a squad capable of competing for top honours.
The Goodison Park club have enjoyed a fine start to the 2012-13 campaign and currently sit three points behind third-placed Tottenham with a game in hand over the north London club.
