As the Georgia Bulldogs continue to do their spring drills, coach Mark Richt is definitely sizing up the players and speaking very boldly about who is performing during the practices.

Here's what he had to say in Thursday's news conference:

“We ran well during practice, we pursued as a unit, I liked the way we looked today. (Brandon) Boykin had a couple of picks, and Joe Cox looked good.

(But) I’d say the most dominating player to this point has been Geno (Atkins). He’s tough to handle. Geno has had his way with just about everybody.”

Richt also went on to say that Atkins being the most dominate player during the session is "probably not to anyone's surprise."

That means Geno Atkins is leading the way!

It's going to take leadership and determination from players like Geno to carry the Dawgs through the upcoming season. Granted, the schedule is not as tough as last year, but inexperience on the roster will make things plenty tough.

Atkins is going to have to continue leading the Bulldogs with drive and motivation, especially when these players find themselves in front of 90,000 screaming Georgia Bulldog fans hungry for an SEC Championship!
