UFC 155: Weigh-in Results for Junior Dos Santos vs Cain Velasquez 2 Fight Card

UFC 155, the promotion’s final event of 2012 is set to take place on December 29 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Headlining the event will be a heavyweight title fight that will see Junior dos Santos put his belt on the line against the man he defeated for that title, Cain Velasquez.
The evening’s co-main event will be a lightweight battle between Joe Lauzon and Jim Miller. This fight may not have the pre-fight buzz of the main event, but fans shouldn’t sleep on this scrap. Lauzon and Miller have 54 professional bouts between them, and only 10 of those fights have gone the distance.

On to the main event. First to the scale is Cain Velasquez and he comes in at 240, while the champion, Junior dos Santos comes in at 239.
The co-main event is a lightweight scrap between Jim Miller and Joe Lauzon. Lauzon is the first to the scale and he comes in at 156, while Miller comes in at 156.
Yet another middleweight. First to the scale is Costa Philippou, who comes in at 186. His opponent Tim Boetsch checks in at 186 as well.
Another middleweight bout is next on the schedule, Alan Belcher vs Yushin Okami. Belcher is first to the scale and he comes in at 186. Okami hits the scale and weighs in at 184.
On to the pay per view card. Derek Brunson makes his way to the scale and comes in at 185. His opponent, Chris Leben, gets a nice hand from the crowd as he comes to the scale at 185.
Next up is a bantamweight contest. First to the scale is Eddie Wineland, who comes in at 135. Brad Pickett weighs in at 136.
Next up we have Byron Bloodworth vs Erik Perez. Bloodworth weighs in at 136, Perez comes in with the lucha libre mask, but he is forced to remove the mask on the scale and he comes in at 136.
Jamie Varner hits the stage and comes in at 155, while his opponent Melvin Guillard comes in at the same weight and is amped up to get to the staredown with Varner.
On to the FX card, which will begin with Michael Johnson vs Myles Jury. Jury hits the stage first and he tips the scale at 155. Johnson arrives to the stage with what appears to be a fully loaded backpack, he loses that but picks up a party hat and glasses and comes in at 154.
A smiling Todd Duffee hits the scale and he comes in at 249, fully clothed. His opponent Phil De Fries also takes to the scale with his shorts and shirt on and he comes in at 245.
Next up is a featherweight contest. Late replacement Max Holloway takes the scale first and he comes in at 145. His opponent, Leonard Garcia comes in at 146.
Time for the weigh-ins and John Moraga is the first to take the scales and he comes in at 126, while his opponent Chris Cariaso comes in at 125. Moraga with a pronounced height advantage here.
