Texas A&M has the best player in all of college football and now they will welcome this season’s best high school football player.

Southlake Carroll quarterback Kenny Hill was named the Texas Associated Press Sports Editors player of the year Friday after leading Carroll on another long playoff run a year after winning a Class 5A championship.
