If you didn't see this video, you should watch it.

Long story short, Tuukka Rask lost his mind after the refs blew two calls in this particular shootout.

These kind of episodes always worry me, even more so in this case because of my well stated hopes for Tuukka Rask.

I certainly hope he doesn't go the way of Phil Wellman and have to take some serious counseling and have his career detoured.

However entertaining this may be to watch, it has to concern Bruins fans.  This could be a major turning point in this young man's career.  He is (was a few days ago) the goalie of the future in Boston.

This doesn't necessarily change that, but the uncertain is scary in this case. Will he go the way of Cla Meredith—a budding young star with a broken psyche who desperately needs a change of scenery?

One thing is for certain—he has more talent than Sox prospect Meredith did when he got taken deep by Travis Hafner in 2005.

Wait and see on Rask.  The upside on the Meredith comparison is that he had an amazing year the following season.  The downside is that it was in San Diego.
