Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey is aware of the hot seat he is in. His team entered the year with playoff aspirations and is currently 5-10.

This will go down as one of the most disappointing seasons for the Bills in recent memory. Gailey is 15-32 in three seasons. He’s had double-digit losses in each of his three years. The Bills have lost their past two games to the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks by a margin of 74-27.
