Only five NFL teams enter Week 16 on a winning streak of three or more games, and three of those surging teams will add to their streak this weekend.

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers may have wrapped up a division title, but they are still in the hunt for one of the NFC's top two seeds. The same goes for Peyton Manning's Denver Broncos in the AFC. And in the NFC East, the Washington Redskins are two wins away from locking up one of the most competitive divisions in football.

With plenty on the line this weekend and a handful of scorching teams putting their streaks on the line, here are my picks for hot teams set to continue their roll on Sunday.

Green Bay Packers

Green Bay has won three straight games, six in a row at home and eight of its last nine games overall this season. Last week's win at Chicago clinched the NFC North division for the Packers for the second straight year.

In Week 16, the Pack will host the Tennessee Titans, who had dropped three in a row before last week's win over the New York Jets.

No surprise here: Like most, I like the Packers in this game. They are still in play for a first-round bye at 10-4 and will want to be playing their best football headed into January, regardless of what seed they wind up with.

Consider this if you still aren't sure: The Titans are just 2-5 on the road this year, and the Packers haven't lost at Lambeau Field since early September.

Washington Redskins

The Redskins haven't lost since Week 9 and are closing in on the NFC East division title. All Washington has to do to secure a home playoff game this winter is win out.

The Redskins continue their quest against the Eagles in Philadelphia on Sunday. Although some are calling for an upset, don't count on it. Philly has dropped nine of its last 10 games and hasn't won at home since late September.

Regardless of who starts or takes a majority of the snaps at quarterback for the Redskins in Week 16, they will be the favorite in this matchup. They rolled the Eagles 31-6 at FedEx Field last month to ignite their current winning streak, and they have much more to play for compared to the Eagles this weekend.

I'll take the 'Skins over the Birds in Week 16, with or without RG3 under center.

Denver Broncos

The Broncos boast the NFL's longest active winning streak at nine games. They'll look to make it 10 in a row on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Peyton Manning and company haven't missed a beat since Week 5 in New England, and they are by far the league's hottest team this December. But the Broncos are only going to get hotter this weekend, as they are set to take on a 5-9 Browns squad at Mile High Stadium.

Cleveland is just 1-5 away from home this season, while Denver has won four in a row on its home turf.

With the Broncos playing all of their key pieces and still looking to secure a first-round bye, this may be the most obvious pick in Week 16. Give me Denver by a landslide.
