Through the first 11 games of his college career, Jahii Carson has met the lofty expectations heaped upon him coming out of Mesa High.

The Arizona State point guard has scored 20 or more points in five games, including a season-high 30 against Arkansas. Entering Saturday’s contest at Texas Tech, Carson is the nation’s third-highest-scoring freshman, averaging 17.9 points per game.
