OXFORD — To have a chance at taking advantage of some opportunities available in the Diamond Head Classic, Ole Miss has to win today.
The Rebels (8-1) play Indiana State (5-3) today (3 p.m., ESPNU) in the first round of the tournament in Honolulu. Win and they get some chances against top-25 teams like San Diego State and even Arizona. Lose and it’s probably a couple of low-major opponents in the loser’s bracket.
