Arsenal Players Hit the Right and Wrong Notes in Christmas Singalong

Arsenal have not enjoyed a comfortable season so far, but that hasn't stopped some squad members making a song and dance about it.

Gunners players Theo Walcott, Carl Jenkinson, Wojciech Szczesny, Johan Djourou, Kieran Gibbs, Tomas Rosicky and Laurent Koscielny have recorded a number of Christmas chants for young Arsenal supporters to vote for.

The competition winners will win two tickets for a forthcoming Arsenal match, although the offer of headphones may be more acceptable to the discerning music fan.

Future musical, er, classics such as "Santi Cozorla is Coming to Town," "They Call Me Szczesny" and "A Little Bit of Arsenal" all get an airing on the club's official website.

However, the real star of the show is Rosicky whose appeal for a chant of his own leaves his teammates embarrassed.

It is doubtful whether celebrity Arsenal supporters Mick Jagger and Dido will be looking over their shoulders, but the enthusiasm of these amateur singers cannot be underestimated.

Fortunately, the impromptu boyband did not resort to calling themselves The Wenger Boys. That would have been one step beyond.
