The 5-star prospect is ranked as the No. 2 wideout in the class and No. 23 overall by 247Sports.com, which lists 21 schools as having shown interest in the playmaker. He's the type of game-changing player college coaches dream about.
Foster, a Pennsylvania native, possesses a terrific combination of size and athleticism which allowed him to star at Central Valley High School. Alabama fans will certainly hope that he's able to carry over that success at the next level.
Given the massive amount of attention surrounding his decision, expectations are surely going to skyrocket once he steps on campus. Judging off his performance in high school, Foster has the talent to live up to the hype.
As usual, the high-profile commitment caused Twitter to erupt with a flurry of comments about Foster's decision and what it means for everybody involved. Here are a handful of the social media messages:
The first thought that came into a lot of minds is the rich getting richer. It's a sentiment shared by Alex Scarborough of ESPN's TideNation as Alabama adds another piece to an already terrific roster.

Even though he had the option to remain in Pennsylvania, Joel Peretic of the Pittsburgh Sports Report believes that it's tough to blame Foster for picking the Tide.
