The Thursday, Dec. 20 edition of TNA Impact! Wrestling opens with a video package recapping the latest events.

Jeff Hardy and Austin Aries are shown walking to the Impact! Zone.

Kurt Angle comes out to the ring and says it is "Championship Thursday" on Impact! Wrestling. He calls out Devon to come face him in the ring for the TNA Television title.

Kurt Angle vs. Devon for the TNA Television Championship.

Your winner via pin fall to retain the TNA Television title: Devon. It was a pretty decent opening match that saw Aces and Eights assist Devon in retaining the title.

Match Rating: 3/5.

Backstage, Brooke Hogan is with ODB, Miss Tessmacher, Mickie James and Velvet Sky. They all pleaded their case on why they should compete against Tara for the TNA Knockouts title. Hogan eliminated ODB first.

Matt Morgan and Joey Ryan vs. Kenny King and Rob Van Dam.

Your winners via pin fall: Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan. King bailed on Van Dam when Morgan was in the ring. As King left, Morgan hit the Carbon Footprint on Van Dam, allowing Ryan to score the pin fall. This was a slower tag team match that could have been better with more in-ring action.

Match Rating: 2.5/5.

After a backstage segment featuring Kazarian talking about the party he will throw his best friend, Christopher Daniels, Hulk Hogan arrives to the ring. Hogan says that 2012 has been a great year for TNA. Devon and the rest of Aces and Eights interrupt Hogan. Devon says 2012 was the year Aces and Eights were born and in 2013, they will be revealed and accomplish all of their goals.

Aces and Eights, who are standing at ringside, make their way into the ring and surround Hogan. Suddenly, Bully Ray storms to the ring to make the save. However, Hogan simply walks past Ray.

Backstage, Miss Tessmacher is the next wrestler eliminated from competing in the Knockouts' title match.

Kazarian comes out to the ring with gifts in his hands to give to Daniels. With a chair in the center of the ring, along with a Christmas tree and gifts, Kazarian invites Daniels to join him. Kazarian tells Daniels he has a surprise in store for him and tells Santa Claus to come to the ring.

Daniels tells Santa he was able to get rid of A.J. Styles. He continues to speak on, saying he would like to give Santa's gifts to Styles' children because of the poor year he had in TNA.

James Storm comes out and tells Daniels and Kazarian that he was not going to let them ruin Christmas. Storm asks Santa what he wanted for Christmas last year. After Santa guessed wrong, Storm revealed he wanted a case of beer and delivered a Last Call kick.

Mickie James vs. Tara for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

Your winner via pin fall to retain the Knockouts title: Tara. TNA played it safe and kept the Knockouts belt on Tara, which was the right move. There were some good moments in this match but a sense that a title change may be at hand was not present.

Match Rating: 3/5.

Austin Aries vs. Jeff Hardy for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Your winner via pin fall to retain the TNA World Heavyweight title: Jeff Hardy. Bobby Roode came out during the match and delivered a spine buster to Aries, allowing Hardy to capitalize on the moment. An impressive main event by both Aries and Hardy. It appears after this loss, Aries may drop out of the title picture for now, as Hardy moves forward towards his next opponent.

Match Rating: 3.5/5.

Backstage, Hogan is being asked questions about Aces and Eights. However, Hogan spots his daughter Brooke and Ray kissing in the background. Hogan gets in his car and begins to drive away as Impact! Wrestling closes.
