TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (seminoles.com) - Xavier Rathan-Mayes, one of the top 25 ranked prep basketball players in the nation, has signed a National Letter of Intent to play college basketball at Florida State for Head Coach Leonard Hamilton and the reigning ACC Champion Seminoles. Rathan-Mayes is ranked as the 21st best player in the nation by ESPN and as the 25th best player in the nation by Rivals.com. He is ranked as a five-star player, the No. 2 player in the state of West Virginia and is considered to be one of the top shooting guards in the country.
