The Carolina Panthers have won three of their last four games. Can the Raiders stop them from making it four of five?
The Panthers have managed to impress in the second half of 2012, managing a win at home against the playoff-bound Atlanta Falcons, as well as against San Diego and Philadelphia. The running backs have finally shown to be worth their money in recent weeks. DeAngelo Williams and Mike Tolbert both scored in that Week 15 win against the Chargers.
As for Oakland, their signs of life are faint.
They couldn't score a touchdown against the hapless Chiefs in Week 15. While many teams at this point of the season suffer from injuries to star players, the Raiders seem to be decimated by inconsistency and indifference. The first year of the Dennis Allen Project saw the franchise taking a step back, hopefully to take two steps forward in 2013.
