WWE TLC 2012 Recap: Highlighting Best Matches
If you like physical destruction involving tables, ladders and chairs, then WWE's TLC event is for you.
The pay-per-view event was another success for the WWE in 2012, as John Cena and Dolph Ziggler headlined the action.
In case you missed it, here's a recap of three of the best matches from the PPV event.
Tables Match: Team Rhodes Scholars vs. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara
It looks more like Cirque du Soleil when Ray Mysterio and Sin Cara are in the ring, but either way, this match was the perfect way to open the PPV event.
Things were going well for the high-flying tandem until Cara climbed the top rope—trying to enter the ring—and was sent through a table by Rhodes, ultimately giving Rhodes and Sandow the victory.
Not only did Mysterio and Sin Cara lose, but it looks like Cara was injured in the process, according to the Baltimore Sun's Arda Ocal:
Not sure if seen on broadcast: Rey Mysterio untied Sin Cara's boot, he and ref helped him to the back. Looked like he was hobbling. #WWETLC— Arda Ocal (@arda_ocal) December 17, 2012
Aside from the possible injury, this was one of the most entertaining fights of the night.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Big Show vs. Sheamus
From the start this match was destined to be a good one, as both wrestlers just annihilated each other.
Each wrestler kicked out during the fight, as Sheamus gave Show some White Noise action on a chair while Big Show nailed Sheamus with a monster KO punch.
With both guys going blow for blow, Big Show eventually won after utilizing an oversized chair to his advantage, which just happened to make contact with Sheamus' head.
It was arguably the most entertaining fight of the night and you've got to give credit to each of these men for what they put each other through on Sunday night.
Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena
It took practically every weapon possible in the main event, but Ziggler finally defeated Cena after A.J. gave the ladder a shove and sent Cena crashing down into a Superkick.
That allowed Ziggler to climb the ladder and grab the Money in the Bank contract, which was his first main event victory of the year.

So what else did you miss?
Aside from A.J. looking smoking hot, Cena landed a hurricanrana on Ziggler, which sent him into a table, which was shocking in itself.
